PLEASE NOTE:  We do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States or to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Time

Your order will typically be processed and leave our California facility within 3-5 business days (Mon - Fri, excluding holidays). Depending on the distance, you should receive your order in 4-8 business days after your order is processed.

Tracking

It is easy to track your shipment! Once we have processed your order, you will receive an e-mail including shipping confirmation and the individual tracking number assigned to your order. Check anytime to see exactly when your order is expected to arrive.

Shipping Fees

We only ship within the contiguous 48 United States.  We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100+ exclusive of taxes or shipping fees and a flat shipping fee of $12.99 on orders under $100.

We want you to be happy! If you're not completely thrilled with one of our items, we will refund or exchange your order with NO RESTOCKING FEE.

How It Works

The instructions below are designed to expedite the return of your purchase. Each of the steps below must be followed in order for us to provide you with a satisfactory experience.

Gifts

We are so glad you are giving one of our items as a gift to a friend or loved one! It is your responsibility as the purchaser to inspect the item upon receipt of the item and notify us of any damage or issues per our policy below.

Holiday Gifts ---- For orders placed from November 20th - December 23rd

The damage policy below still applies; however, you are able to return the item if you notify us by January 2nd of the new year.

Return of an item damaged during shipment:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Contacting us after this period voids any claim.

  2. Email us pictures of the damage in question within 3 days of contacting us about your claim. These are required by the shipping company for us to file a damage claim.

    UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!

  3. Once we receive the pictures, our builders will review the damage. If they determine that your model is not repairable, you will be asked to destroy the item and provide proof with pictures.

  4. If they determine the item is easily repairable (such as a cannon came loose during shipping), we will provide parts and instructions for the repair.

  5. If they deem the item is not easily repairable but can be repaired by our builders, a replacement will be sent to you at no cost.

  6. If you are asked to return the damaged item, place it securely in the original package, exactly as how it was packaged on receipt. Include all paperwork, parts and accessories that were included with the model.

  7. Another model will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Return of an item without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

Sending the item back to us without prior authorization voids your eligibility for a full refund as this voids the damage claim eligibility with the shipping company. A 50% restocking fee is assessed for all orders that are returned without a valid RMA number. In addition, a 50% restocking fee will apply to all items that are returned 45 days or longer after receipt. The fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

In the event that a return is needed, we will make arrangements for the return. Do not send it back via any other means.

Return of an item with which you are unsatisfied:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery or, for orders placed from November 20th - December 23rd, notify us by January 2nd as we realize that many of our items are gifts. Contacting us after this period voids any claim.

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number from us.

  3. After being requested to return the item, place it securely in the original package exactly as how it was packaged when it arrived. If the model is not packaged in this way, damage might occur during shipping for which we cannot be responsible.

  4. Include all paperwork, parts and accessories that were included with the model, display item, etc.

  5. Ship the item back to us (at your cost) to the Merchandise Returns Address provided by us with the RMA. It is recommended that you insure the return for the purchase price in case of loss or damage. You will need to contact the shipping company for claims, if needed.

  6. Email us the tracking number of the shipment so that we can monitor its progress in transit.

  7. We will notify you when we receive the item and we have verified that it is in salable condition.

  8. Provided the return is in salable condition and you have complied with this Policy, we will process your refund within 14 days. It may take 2-3 business days to reflect on your account statement once the refund has been issued to allow for your bank's processing and crediting your account.

  9. The refund will be in the original form of payment and will be equal to the total unit price of the items returned. This excludes shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping mistake). If shipping and handling was included in the purchase price, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you fail to follow the instructions above, your return/exchange will be void.
