OUR SHIPPING POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: Due to their delicate and fragile nature, we are unable to ship some products beyond the 48 contiguous United States, but most other items can be shipped worldwide. We do not ship any products to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Time
Your order will typically be processed and leave our California facility within 5 business days (Mon - Fri, excluding holidays). Depending on the destination, you should receive your order in 4-8 business days after your order is processed.
Tracking
It is easy to track your shipment! Once we have processed your order, you will receive an e-mail including shipping confirmation and the individual tracking number assigned to your order. Check anytime to see exactly when your order is expected to arrive.
Shipping Fees
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous 48 United States. Please contact us for a quote on shipping fees to any other areas.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer refunds or exchanges with no restocking fee for returns complying with these policies.
How Returns Work
To qualify for a refund or exchange and ensure a smooth process, please follow all of the required steps outlined below:
Returning Items Due to Dissatisfaction
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery or by January 2 for holiday orders.
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us BEFORE shipping your return. Please see policy below related to returning an item without authorization.
- We will provide the RMA and detailed instructions.
- Within 14 days of your original receipt of the item, ship the item at your expense securely in its original packaging, including all documents, parts, and accessories, to the address provided with the RMA. We highly recommend insuring the shipment for its purchase value. You will be responsible for any claims with the carrier should the item not arrive to us in its original condition and it will no longer qualify for return or refund.
- Provide us with the shipment tracking number so we may monitor the return’s progress during shipment.
- Upon our receipt and inspection confirming the item is in resalable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, equal to the item price excluding any shipping and handling charges.
Returning Items Damaged During Shipment
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will be void.
- We will request photographs of the damage to be used for our filing a claim with the shipping company.
- Our builders will review the damage:

- If the item is deemed not repairable, you will be asked to destroy it and provide photographic proof.
- If the damage is reasonably repairable by you (e.g., a loose part), we will supply parts and instructions for making the repair.
- If the item requires builder repairs, we will send a replacement at no cost.
- If you are instructed to return the damaged item, package it exactly as received, including all documents, parts, and accessories, and ship it to the address provided within 14 days of your original receipt of the item.
- We will ship a replacement at no charge.
Gifts and Holiday Orders
- Verify Condition: As the purchaser, you must inspect the item promptly upon receipt and notify us immediately of any damage or issues according to the policy above.
- Holiday Gifts: For orders placed on December 1 - 23, the standard damage and return policies apply, but you may notify us of returns until January 2 of the following year.
Returning Items Without Prior Authorization or Beyond Eligible Return Window
- Returning items without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number voids your eligibility for a full refund or exchange.
- Such returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee that is deducted from your refund.
- Returns made 21 days or more after your receipt will also be subject to this 50% restocking fee.
Important Reminders
- There can be no exceptions to this policy.
- Always wait for our authorization and instructions before returning any item.
- Failure to follow these policies will subject your refund or exchange to being voided.
